How Speedy Squares describes roof information during early access

What is available now

Speedy Squares is in early access. Public roof measurements are not currently available. You can view the interactive example, but you cannot submit an arbitrary property for measurement. The early-access list is not open yet, and nothing is being collected.

The interactive example is marked FICTIONAL SAMPLE DATA. The sample explains how a future report may organize information. It does not measure your property and is not a live result.

How evidence is described

• Observed: visible in a named image or other source, with the source and date shown when known.
• Derived: calculated from other stated evidence rather than seen directly.
• Modeled: estimated using stated assumptions. A modeled value is not a field measurement.
• Homeowner-supplied: provided by the homeowner and not independently confirmed by Speedy Squares.
• Professionally verified: confirmed by a qualified professional using an appropriate method.
• Unknown: the available evidence does not support a value. Unknown does not mean zero.

Limits of remote information

Images, records, calculations, and homeowner statements can be incomplete, outdated, or unclear. They should not be treated as a survey, an inspection, or a quantity suitable for ordering materials. Professional verification may still be needed before pricing work, ordering materials, signing a contract, or making a safety decision.
