What SpeedySquares is

SpeedySquares produces preliminary, evidence-labeled roof measurements and planning estimates from public property data. Results are marked green (ready to quote), yellow (estimate with limits), or red (more information required).

What it is not

• Not a contractor bid, quote, or contract.
• Not a field inspection, survey, permit design, or structural approval.
• Not a material order — planning quantities are never order-ready without field verification.
• Not a guarantee of any price, savings, or outcome.
• Not affiliated with any measurement, imagery, or solar provider it cites.

Your confirmations matter

Measurements are computed only for the structures you explicitly select and the scope you explicitly confirm. Verify roof geometry, deck condition, access, and site conditions with a qualified professional before signing a contract or buying materials.

Pilot access

Pilot access codes are personal to invited testers. Automated scraping, load testing, or resale of results is not permitted during the pilot.
